NATO: Zelenskyy needs Patriots, Stoltenberg promises them

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told NATO defense ministers his country needs air-defense batteries to fend off Russia. He said support on the issue will determine whether Ukraine and NATO are allies.
