Woman and five-year-old girl both die in hospital after being hit by a car in Plymouth with police confirming the 74-year-old female driver has been arrested on suspicion of 'driving while unfit through drink or drugs'

A woman and young girl who were fatally injured in Victoria Road, Plymouth, Devon, at around 9.45am this morning. They were taken to hospital by ambulance, where they both later died.
